About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring Trust-wide projects and improvement programmes.
- Maintain project plans, documentation, action logs, risk registers and tracking systems.
- Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Trust’s project management system.
- Organise project meetings, prepare agendas and record actions.
- Assist with onboarding new schools into the Trust by coordinating information and monitoring progress.
- Produce reports, presentations, dashboards and project updates for stakeholders.
- Support the monitoring of project risks, compliance actions and operational priorities.
