Our mission is to transform children’s lives and, three years ago, we set out a clear strategy for improvement built around our five pillars. At that time, schools joined us at very different starting points and with unique challenges. Some of the schools were in financial difficulty, others with unsuitable buildings, poor performance or issues with viability. Many of our schools had not been judged to be ‘Good’ in at least a decade. As a team motivated by a clear sense of moral purpose, we set out to achieve something entirely unique against all odds.
